This year, our school will again be participating in the Box Tops for Education™ program. Clipping Box Tops is an easy way for you to help our PTA collect money to be used to pay for field trips, buy classroom materials, and show appreciation for our hardworking teachers. Box Tops are on household products such as Cheerios, Go-Gurt, Annie’s Grahams, Kleenex, etc. Unexpired Box Tops are worth 10ȼ and they quickly add up to real cash for our school. Last year we raised $1,288.90! This school year our goal is to earn $1,500. Let’s CRUSH our goal!
To participate just look for Box Tops on all of your favorite products you buy, clip them, and send them to school in a Ziploc bag with your child’s name, grade, and teacher’s name so that your child and his/her class can be credited. You will also find a collection sheet attached to this letter that you can use to collect and count your Box Tops. New collection sheets will be distributed at the beginning of each 9 weeks. Be sure to double check your expiration date before you turn them in. EXPIRED Box Tops DO NOT count. I will be picking up Box Tops weekly, September through May. Box Tops numbers are entered into an excel spreadsheet so please send them in whenever you can. I will be sending out a reminder towards the end of the 9 weeks and a deadline to turn them in, so be on the lookout. Please encourage your family, friends, and neighbors to save Box Tops for your child. It is so easy and helps our school as a whole. |
